You can monetize your video while you are uploading your videos. While you are uploading your videos you cansee Monetization Option near Info and Settings Bottom.You can directly enable from there or you can enable monetization from Video manager later. To enable Monetization from Video manager.

Go to Video manager> in rightside of your Video you can seebrown$bottom click on that bottom and enable monetization.That’s it you successfully Monetize your videos. Then $ bottom change into green$

(Note: Sometime YouTube Review your video. If you are not using any copyrighted video than after some time your video will be monetize.)

To get AdSense accounts FromYouTube have to apply for one AdSense account using your YouTube channel.  You can apply for AdSense account directly from Monetization setting page in YouTube.
