How to verify domain ownership in Google webmaster for Blogger and wordpress website/ Blog

Google webmaster is the place where we can optimize our site for search engine. Google webmaster helps our site index in search engine of Google. The main benefits of adding website in Google webmaster is Blogger is very much SEO unfriendly and but very good platform to blogging and sharing our opinion in the web for free.After creating Blog or website in Blogger or word press it’s very important to add our website to Google webmaster.S0, Here today I’m going to tell you that how to add our any kind of website in Google webmaster easily.

Step by step guide.

Step 1.
(creating account in Google webmaster tools)

*.Go to www.google.com/webmastertools or click here

*.Sign up with your gmail account

*.After that in webmaster tools dashboard click on addnew site

*.Type your website address Congratulation your site has been submitted to Google webmaster tools.

Step 2. (Verifying domain ownership)

For Blogger

Verifying domain ownership for Blogger usingMetatags is very easy and fast. So here Im going to verify domain usingMetatags (option available in alternative method).Ok let me start friends.

1.     When you summit your website in Google webmaster then you shouldverify your domain. There are some options available to verify your domain.

2.      select alternative method

3.     click onMetatags

4.     Then you’llsee oneMetatags (<meta>) Copy that tags.

5.     go to Blogger dashboard

6.     Select that Blog which you add in webmaster tools.

7.     go to template

8.     click on edit in html

9.     type ctrl+f then search for </head>

10. Paste theMetatag that copied from webmaster just above </head> and click on save template

11.  then get back to google webmaster tools and click on verify optionNow your domain is verified .Now wait few hours to get your website data/report in Google webmaster tools.

For word press

Verifying word press hosted domain in webmaster is much easier and faster than Blogger. You just have to instillone plug-in and paste code into that plug-in than your domain will became verified in second. Ok let’s start with me here right now.

1.Here we verify our domainusingMetatags same as in Blogger.

2.Copy thatMetatag (<meta>) from Google webmaster tools.

3.Now go to wp dashboard

4.go to plug-in > add new

5.search for “all in one Seo pack” instill it

6.go to all in one seo pack from dashboard

7.scroll down & find the option “Google webmasterverification”

8.paste that Mata tags into google webmaster verification’s box

9.click on save

10.Go to Google webmaster tools and click on verify.

11.Congratulation your wordpress website has been added in google webmaster tools.

Allow 2/3 hour updating your all setting then you’ll see your website data/report in Googlewebmaster tools.
